How do I get access to the Customer Portal? On enrolment, you were sent an email with a link to the Customer Portal. Please follow the link on that email to set up the Customer Portal. It takes less than 5 minutes. As the Customer Portal is linked to your account, we cannot put the link up on the website. What if I do not have the Customer Portal email? Check your junk folder for the email. If you still cannot find it, email us at [email protected] to request access and we will re-send the link to you. How do I set up or update my Direct Debit details on the Direct Debit Customer Portal? Once you get access to the Portal, you can go to ‘My Account’ then click on the ‘Payment Details’ scree. You can update your details from there. Please view the related video to see how to set it up. How many students are in each class? We have a maximum of 4 students in the independent classes and a maximum of 5 in the pre-squads. We have a maximum of 6 babies in the parent/baby classes. Are you an accredited swim school? Yes, we are accredited with both leading industry associations, AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia and associated closely with Royal Life Saving, Australia too. Do you have a Covid Safety Plan? Yes, we are committed to remaining COVID safe and we maintain and update our COVID-19 Safety Plan in accordance with government requirements. Can I use an Active Kids voucher? Yes! We accept vouchers for the following month’s lessons. Your child will need to be enrolled for a minimum of an 8 week period to use your voucher. You may only use 1 x voucher per transaction. Vouchers are not refundable or transferable as per Service NSW requirements. Yes, we believe it’s important to swim as often as possible in order to progress quickly. If you book in for 2 lessons or more per child per week, we offer a 10% discount on the second class. In order to make swimming lessons affordable for those with a large family, we also offer a 10% discount on lessons for the third and fourth child when all children are enrolled with us at the same time. Membership is also waived for the fourth or more child.
